nothing to commit, working tree clean

Question

老师请问我输入 git commit -m ‘add icons’，后一直显示nothing to commit, working tree clean，git push显示
Everything up-to-date。无法更新代码，请问这是为什么？

F:\travel>git commit -m "add icons"
