NVIDIA-SMI has failed because it couldn't communicate with the NVIDIA driver

按照课程操作步骤，一步步执行过来。
官网的安装教程 https://www.tensorflow.org/install/gpu?hl=zh-cn#ubuntu_1804_cuda_101 现在只有cuda_10.1版本
然后将命令写到install.sh中，运行完以后，
使用 nvidia-smi 命令查看状态报错：
NVIDIA-SMI has failed because it couldn’t communicate with the NVIDIA driver. Make sure that the latest NVIDIA driver is installed and running.

可以考虑单独安装cuda10.0。

安装的方法可以参考https://blog.csdn.net/u012388993/article/details/102573117中安装cuda的部分。
