重启一下pycharm再运行试试呢

  老师，重启的方式都试过，包括重启电脑；
  也试过删除报错路径C:\Users\dell\AppData\Local\Temp\tmpp1imtotv\Default\Affiliation Database’里面的文件，但是一运行程序，这个文件就又出现了，又会报同样的错误。
