你是在一个新项目安装还是在老项目安装呢？

  https://github.com/cube-ui/question-answer/issues/66 在cube-ui中有issue，重装一边依然是这个问题。
  
  
  vue-cli初始化项目是这个问题，我重新删除了node_module，又装了node_module才成功运行npm run serve，视频中版本是v3.0.1:
