解决了

在setting.xml中加上

<mirrors>

    <mirror>

      <id>alimaven</id>

      <mirrorOf>central</mirrorOf>

      <name>aliyun maven</name>

   <url>http://maven.aliyun.com/nexus/content/groups/public/</url>

    </mirror>

  </mirrors>

就好了
