Failed to apply plugin class ‘FlutterPlugin’.

Question

在新建asr_plugin module 即成asr 相关依赖配置后编译出现如下问题：辛苦老师帮忙解答下
Caused by: org.gradle.api.internal.plugins.PluginApplicationException: Failed to apply plugin class ‘FlutterPlugin’.

Caused by: org.gradle.api.InvalidUserCodeException: Cannot run Project.afterEvaluate(Closure) when the project is already evaluated.
