  我的server/和app/文件夹下面没有node_modules和certs文件

  这是安装的版本
  npm 已经是最新版 (3.5.2-0ubuntu4)。
  nodejs 已经是最新版 (8.10.0~dfsg-2ubuntu0.4)。
