你的参数输入有误，是 --cc=clang 不是 --c=clang. 可以用下面的命令： 

--prefix=/usr/local/ffmpeg --enable-gpl --enable-nonfree --enable-libfdk-aac --enable-libx264 --enable-libx265 --enable-filter=delogo --enable-debug --disable-optimizations --enable-libspeex --enable-videotoolbox --enable-shared --enable-pthreads --enable-version3 --enable-hardcoded-tables --cc=clang --host-cflags= --host-ldflags=

在执行过程中有可能会出现 fdk-aac 等库没有的错误。此时，你应该使用 brew 命令去安装相应的库。可以先使用 brew search fdk-aac 找具体的库的名子，然后用brew install 库名子 来安装具体的库。希望可以解决你的问题。谢谢！

  ERROR: speex not found using pkg-config
  
  If you think configure made a mistake, make sure you are using the latest
  version from Git.  If the latest version fails, report the problem to the
  [e-mail] mailing list or IRC #ffmpeg on irc.freenode.net.
  Include the log file "ffbuild/config.log" produced by configure as this will help

  同样的道理，像安装fdk-aac一样，你需要将 libspeex也安装上。命令是相同的， brew install speex
