是的，那个etcd状态是好的，创建overlay网络也可以传到对端机器，就是容器间无法互相ping通

  那您创建的容器都挂载到您创建的那个overlay的network上了是吧。如果其他都没问题的话，那有可能是防火墙有问题。
  请问您用的环境是什么呢？本地vagrant创建的两台VM么

如果是etcd的实验，请确保 etcd cluster是正常的

etcd-v3.0.12-linux-amd64$ ./etcdctl cluster-health
member 21eca106efe4caee is healthy: got healthy result from http://192.168.205.10:2379
member 8614974c83d1cc6d is healthy: got healthy result from  cluster is healthy

  放在那里不进行操作也会有报错日志

  是的，输入命令得到etcd的状态也是对的
  [root@node1 etcd-v3.0.12-linux-amd64]# ./etcdctl cluster-health

  cluster is healthy
  创建容器也提示不能重名，创建overlay网络也能传递过去，就是两边容器不能互相ping通，ping ip都不行
