试试这个：

1. yarn add jira-dev-tool@1.5.1
2. npx msw init public

  执行命令  npx msw init public
  package.json 多了这个
  "msw": {
      "workerDirectory": "public"
    }
  public文件下多了mockServiceWorker.js
  
  然后引入jira-dev-tool 提示找不到模块“jira-dev-tool”或其相应的类型声明。
