formData创建对象了，添加不进去值？

感觉写错了，直接复制粘贴最终源码里面的html和js，然后清空一下页面缓存试试，应该还是引错了

同学好，看看html里面引对对应的js文件了没，如果应用对了，清空一下页面缓存试试。
