老师文档里说
如何有提示An error occurred while installing xxx，重新运行一遍就行了，因为pipenv不稳定。

但是重新运行了多次 还是一直报错

您好，把requirements/local.txt中的psycopg2这个包去掉

在项目目录下pipenv shell 

然后pip install -r requirements/local.txt 试试

pipenv不好用的话直接用virtualenv吧
