这个是因为你本地的Android Gradle插件和Kotlin版本不匹配导致的，可以修改一下Kotlin插件。

找到工程中的build.gradle文件，在classPath中找到，或者添加以下依赖：

 classpath "org.jetbrains.kotlin:kotlin-gradle-plugin:$kotlin_version"

也可以提取出kotlin的版本号，修改到1.5.20或者更高版本即可

ext.kotlin_version = '1.5.20'

  碰到了同样的问题，现在工程的kotlin版本是1.6.0，代码： ext.kotlin_version = '1.6.0'
  依旧有同样的build错误提示：我觉的应该是player工程的kotlin版本低造成的，求解决
