vagrant 启动失败

老师。您好，又有一个问题麻烦你，我使用第六章里面的vagrant file 启动一个虚拟机发现启动失败，谷歌后发现是因为 共享盘的问题，但是我依旧解决不了，请老师帮忙。报错如下:
我的环境是mac的

==> docker-host: Rsyncing folder: /Users/sean/Docker/coding-189/coding-189/chapter6/ => /vagrant

    docker-host: /home/vagrant/labs => /Users/sean/Docker/coding-189/coding-189/chapter6/labs
Vagrant was unable to mount VirtualBox shared folders. This is usually
because the filesystem "vboxsf" is not available. This filesystem is
made available via the VirtualBox Guest Additions and kernel module.
Please verify that these guest additions are properly installed in the
guest. This is not a bug in Vagrant and is usually caused by a faulty
Vagrant box. For context, the command attempted was:

mount -t vboxsf -o uid=1000,gid=1000 home_vagrant_labs /home/vagrant/labs

The error output from the command was:

mount: unknown filesystem type 'vboxsf'

老师你好，按照您的命令，安装后，卡在了下面。

  您好，有点奇怪，那请问您的系统是什么，然后之前用过docker-machine没，就是我们最开始介绍docker安装的时候介绍的

您好，请安装一下vagrant plugin install vagrant-vbguest
