win7安装vagrant_2.2.5_x86_64.msi，运行失败

Question

安装过程中除了把安装目录由默认的c盘改为d盘后，其他都是直接下一步，但
vagrant_2.2.5_x86_64.msi在win7上安装后，cmd运行vagrant -help提示:
Vagrant failed to initialize at a very early stage:

The version of powershell currently installed on this host is less than
the required minimum version. Please upgrade the installed version of
powershell to the minimum required version and run the command again.

Installed version: 2

Minimum required version: 3

应该是机子powershell版本太低，且是盗版，貌似无法升级

  如果是这样的话，那只能使用VirtualBox或者VMware自己手动的创建centos虚拟机，然后安装docker了
