grant授权的问题

请问老师在输入grant all privileges on mmall.* to mmall@'%' identified by 'mmall' with grant option;之前是否已经输入过

grant all privileges on *.* to mmall@'%' identified by 'mmall' with grant option;了,要不然

select * from mysql.user where user='mmall' \G;应该是看不到权限更改了.

PS:百度了好久了才查到
