python-devel 问题

老师，请问执行：yum install python-devel ，总是报错：
No match for argument: python-devel
Error: Unable to find a match: python-devel
是什么原因呢？
我centos版本是 centos8，python版本是python3.7.2

sudo yum install -y https://centos7.iuscommunity.org/ius-release.rpm

sudo yum update

先运行这两个命令再安装试试

  执行 sudo yum install -y https://centos7.iuscommunity.org/ius-release.rpm后，报错：

  Error: 
   Problem: conflicting requests
    - nothing provides epel-release = 7 needed by ius-release-2-1.el7.ius.noarch
  (try to add '--skip-broken' to skip uninstallable packages or '--nobest' to use not only best candidate packages)
