腾讯云服务器上运行会报错，本地使用穿透能正常获取数据

I/O error on GET request for “https://api.weixin.qq.com/sns/oauth2/access_token”: Connection timed out (Connection timed out)

说明这台服务器访问不了这个地址，去看看服务器的防火墙，腾讯云上的安全组。

还解决不了，可以给腾讯云提工单。
